Reading has always been a passion of mine, and I’m so happy that a large part of my work involves reading and researching, and discovering new things.
Recently, I’ve regretted letting the hobby slip in my personal life, so I’m challenging myself to read 60 books by the end of this year. Feel like reading along? I’m tracking my progress on Goodreads where you can start a challenge of your very own. I read just about every genre, so don’t be surprised if you find my selections eclectic!
My bookshelf is constantly evolving, so four times a year I share a seasonal reading update which you can find here. Occasionally, I’ll be reviewing an interesting book I’ve come across that has helped improve my life, either personally or professionally.
I’m constantly snooping other people’s bookshelves and I’d love to hear about yours, too. Email your thoughts, pictures and reading lists to keepingbusyb[a]gmail[dot]com.
Some of my more bookish thoughts:
I’m like a literary detective.
Reflections on an ever-evolving bookshelf.
Why I’ll never give into an e-reader again.
What people read in the waiting room.
Books other people have borrowed and never returned.
The importance of having a bookstore buddy.
Where you’ll find me reading (hint: it’s pretty much everywhere.)
You can incorporate reading into your routine.
